Prospect Interactive partnered with Swiss Group SH.P.K. to redesign and modernize the packaging for its flagship frozen chicken döner product. The objective was to create a retail-ready packaging design that communicates product quality, food safety certifications, convenience, and strong shelf presence while maintaining consistency with the Swiss Group brand identity. The final packaging combines a clean visual hierarchy, bold typography, appetizing food photography, halal certification visibility, and nutritional highlights to improve customer trust and product recognition in supermarkets, wholesalers, and HoReCa distribution channels across Kosovo.

The Challenge
Swiss Group required a packaging redesign that would:
- Differentiate the product in a competitive frozen food market.
- Improve shelf visibility in retail environments.
- Communicate key product benefits instantly.
- Present halal certification and protein-related messaging clearly.
- Maintain brand consistency across existing and future product lines.
- Create a design flexible enough for future multilingual packaging requirements.
The previous packaging lacked the visual impact and modern retail appeal necessary to compete with imported food brands and growing regional competition.
Our Approach
Prospect Interactive developed a packaging system centered around consumer purchasing behavior and FMCG packaging best practices.
Our approach included:
- Strategic Product Positioning
- Packaging Design
- Information Architecture
- Production Readiness
Results
The redesigned packaging delivered:
- Stronger shelf presence and visual differentiation.
- Improved brand recognition for Swiss Group products.
- Better communication of product quality and certifications.
- Increased perceived value through modern packaging aesthetics.
- A scalable packaging framework applicable to future product launches.
